Tony Moy, Partner
Tecture co-founder Tony is now a professor of Interactive Media at the Illinois Institute of Art, where he concentrates on Flash and server technologies. He has an M.B.A. in E-commerce and Marketing from Loyola University and a B.A. in Biological Sciences with research in Chaotic Physics.

Jonathan Domanus, Web Developer, Flash Developer
Jonathan has been developing interactive websites for over 8 years, since he was a freshman in high school. He came to Tecture while working solo as http://www.domanusdesign.com to enhance his skills in the interactive world. After feeding one of his passions, aviation, from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, Jonathan moved back to Chicago to reinvent his already growing passion for the web. He received his B.F.A. in Interactive Multimedia Design and Development from The Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago in 2006. Jonathan now works as Tecture's Lead Interactive Multimedia Developer and Project Manager on a wide array of projects ranging from companies like Event-Architects to Check, Please! to World Book Encyclopedia.

Ricky Ruggles, Web Developer
Graduating in 2006 from The Chicago Illinois Institute of Art, Ricky Ruggles comes to Tecture with a real passion for front-end development; specifically with the use of CSS and XHTML with a little bit of Javascript on the side. Fresh out of school and fast out the gate he is eager for technical growth and excited about the career opportunities he now faces. Ricky enjoys playing his DS and reading fantasy fiction books on his daily commute from Round Lake to downtown Chicago. Other then exploring the Internet for entertainment, he also enjoys taking in movies with friends on the weekends. So the next time you see Ricky, you could always ask him, "Have you seen this movie?".

Justin Miles, Senior Web Developer
Justin has been developing web applications with a variety of Microsoft technologies for over five years. Previously Senior Web Developer at Quicksilver Associates in Chicago, he came to Tecture with a strong desire to stay on the leading edge of his field. His second passion, photography, has also added to Tecture's already wide array of services.

Aaron Salmon, Web Art Director
Aaron Salmon, a jovial and talented web designer with a very strong skill-set who embraces flexible, adaptable, standards-based web design. Aaron has over 7 years of professional experience leading successful teams on projects ranging from complete web solutions, interactive media, logo & identity branding, online marketing, UI and information architecture. When not sitting in front of his Mac; his life in Chicago is an abundance of culture, the arts and creative inspiration. he can often be found on his bike, or out enjoying music, frisbee, politics, pool, coffee, cheap beer and gin martinis.

Huda Dabbouseh, .Net Developer
Huda received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in computer science from DePaul University. After taking a programming class her senior year of high school, she knew computer science was her ideal field. She has programmed in several languages, such as C++, Java, C#, VB, HTML, and ASP; she also knows SQL. Huda loves music; she is a huge fan of the 80's, loves to dance and sing-you can find her at a local Karaoke venue. She loves reality television and going to the movies. She also likes to travel and learn about other cultures.

Jonnie Rettele, Office Manager
Jonnie received her BFA in Fashion Design in 2004. She balances many roles here at Tecture. She has become advanced in multi-tasking the various needs of Tecture clients and employees. In her spare time, she works on designing and developing her assorted fashion projects. She enjoys spending time with her 8 lb. bunny, knitting, thrift shopping and going to brunch.
